Lympstone Manor holds a Michelin Star and Five AA Rosettes for its restaurant led by acclaimed chef Michael Caines. The menu uses sustainably sourced ingredients and offers a 7-course Estuary tasting menu with wine pairings from the on-site vineyard. A state-of-the-art wine dispense system allows guests to taste wines by the glass from the estate's own production.

The hotel is a historic Georgian manor set on a hillside overlooking the Exe Estuary. Accommodations include standard rooms with estuary views inside the manor and Shepherd Huts located in the vineyard itself. The heated outdoor swimming pool sits beside a pool bar and sun terrace with views across the vineyard and estuary.

The hotel offers guided tours of its own vineyard and wine tastings. Guests can use the tennis court, hire bicycles, or join walking tours and classes on local culture.
